Fried potatoes with fresh potatoes, served with crab, water spices and smoked aioli peppers.

It’s a great way to introduce the new Jersey Royals. Gilded pieces of new potatoes, mixed with sautéed sweet onions and garnished with shrimp, crab and water spice salad, are served with garlic on garlic. This recipe also helps you avoid many last-minute solutions because of its versatility: Just put an egg on the dish and chili oil or combine it with a crisp Caesar salad.

  • Jersey Royals 650 g, cut into 2-3 cm cubes
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • For aioli
  • 1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, fried and peeled.
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Juice ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 200 ml of olive oil
  • 200 ml of vegetable oil
  • For crab salad.
  • 200g white crab meat
  • 60 g chopped water cream
  • 1/2 red onion, very nice cut.
  • 2 tablespoons capsules
  • 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice

Put the potatoes in a pot of salted water, boil and boil for three minutes. Pour into a flask and dry.

To prepare the aioli, place the garlic and red pepper with egg yolk, pepper, lemon juice and a pinch of salt in a large measuring cup. Blink with a mixer for 30 seconds, then slowly add the olive oil into a thin and smooth fillet during mixing. After one minute the drop increases and continues to mix.

Once you have poured all the olive oil, pour vegetable oil into a thicker net until everything is mixed. Add 45 ml of water to dilute the aioli, control the spices and add lemon or salt as needed.

Boil onions in a small pot with two tablespoons of oil for 10 minutes until smooth and even. Meanwhile, butter and residual oil melt in the largest of their boxes over medium heat. Then put the potatoes in a layer for 10 minutes, mix them in the fat and off and shake the bowl until it is crisp and golden. Add the onion and pepper and saute for a minute.

Prepare the salad, add crab, water spices, red onions and capers to a bowl and serve with oil, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Season and season with salt and lemon juice.

Empty french fries in a large bowl and cover with crayfish and watercourses. Sprinkle aioli and server immediately.
